I had the opportunity to spend time in downtown Augusta, Georgia. It's my hometown but I so rarely visit areas that aren't on the routes that take me to the few places I need to go on my brief trips. This time, I walked Broad Street and enjoyed the art that appeared on buildings and of all things, traffic signal control cabinets.
I have seen a few painted boxes peppered around the metro Atlanta area but not in areas like SODEK (South DeKalb). How can we get a program like this in our community?
